1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Tinkr("we", "us", "tinkrtool.com") and the tools we provide. By using the site or any of our APIs, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Tinkr is a collection of small, free-to-use web tools. Some tools are powered by third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini). The web interface is free; we offer paid API tiers for heavier usage and integrations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exceed published rate limits or evade billing.
  • Use the service to generate spam, malware, phishing material, or CSAM.
  • Use the service in a way that disrupts other users or the underlying AI providers.

We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe you've broken these rules.

4. AI-generated output

Our tools call third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, non-deterministic, or contain mistakes. Don't rely on it for critical decisions without human review. You're responsible for what you do with the output.

5. Rate limits

Free use is rate-limited per IP. The current limit and reset window are documented on each tool's page and in our API docs. Limits may change without notice. Paid tiers have higher limits; those terms are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

6. API access & billing

Paid API access is billed via our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case by emailing us.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Tinkr brand, code, and content. You own anything you submit. The output of AI tools is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
