Privacy Policy

Short version

Tinkris built to respect your privacy. We don't use tracking ads, we don't sell your data, and we collect the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

For free users: we log your IP address temporarily to enforce rate limits. We collect anonymous, aggregated traffic analytics (pageviews, referrers, web vitals) via Vercel Analytics — no personal identifiers.

For tool inputs:when you submit text or files to a tool, that input is sent to a third- party AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to compute the result. We don't store inputs longer than needed to return the response, and we don't use them to train any model.

For API customers (when available):we'll store your email, hashed API keys, and per-key usage counts. Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Third-party services

• Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Google Gemini— AI model behind tools that need one. See Google's AI terms.
• Upstash — Redis for rate limit counters (stores hashed keys, no content).
• Sentry — error monitoring (may capture stack traces and request metadata; no tool inputs or PII).
• Stripe (paid tier only) — payment processing.

Cookies

We don't use marketing or tracking cookies. We may use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for authentication once the paid API tier is available.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you. For free use, there's usually nothing to delete (we don't store inputs). For paid accounts, email us and we'll remove the account and all associated data within 30 days.

Children

Tinkrisn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
